What Veltima is

Veltima is an e-commerce store discovery and lead intelligence platform. We crawl public websites, detect the technology and signals that matter for B2B sales, and make the result searchable and exportable. Enterprise customers get the same data layer, with negotiated limits, dedicated support, and the legal documents below.

Veltima is not a white-label or reseller platform. We do not offer per-tenant branding, custom domains, or a multi-tenant administration layer.

Support model

Self-serve plans (Free, Pro) are supported via support@veltima.app on a best-effort basis during normal business hours.

Enterprise customers receive a dedicated support address agreed in their contract. Response targets and uptime commitments are described in the SLA.

Data handling

We crawl public e-commerce websites only. We respect robots.txt, apply per-host rate limits, and do not attempt to access private or gated content. The crawling rules we operate under are published in the Crawler Policy.

Personal data we collect about account holders, what we do with it, where it is stored, and how long we retain it is described in the Privacy Policy.

All production data is stored in the EU (Hetzner — Helsinki and Falkenstein). Backups stay in the EU.

Billing and invoicing

Self-serve Pro is billed in advance through Stripe (international cards, monthly or annual) or WayForPay (existing monthly card flow). The full self-serve terms are in the Terms of Service.

Enterprise is sales-assisted and invoiced via Stripe in USD or EUR. Pricing and limits are agreed offline before access is provisioned.
