Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Veltima. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What Veltima is
Veltima is an e-commerce store discovery and lead intelligence platform. We crawl public websites, detect their technologies and contacts, and make that information searchable for B2B sales and research use cases.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person, one account — don't share logins. Contracted seat allowances are available on the Enterprise plan.
Acceptable use
You may use Veltima to find prospects, qualify leads, and inform outreach. You may not:
- Use the data for spam, deceptive outreach, or anything that violates anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our data, whether raw or derivative.
- Scrape or circumvent rate limits on the Veltima application itself.
- Use the service for any purpose that is illegal or harms third parties.
Violating these terms can lead to suspension without refund.
Billing, cancellation, refunds
Pro is billed in advance on the cycle you choose at checkout — either monthly or annually. Self-serve checkout is available through Stripe (international cards, monthly or annual) or WayForPay (existing monthly card flow). You can cancel at any time — we'll stop the next charge and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. There is no pro-rated refund for the unused portion of a paid period outside of the 7-day money-back guarantee.
7-day money-back guarantee. If you're within 7 days of your first Pro payment, email support@veltima.app and we'll refund the charge, no questions asked.
Enterprise billing is governed by a separate written agreement and processed via Stripe invoice in USD or EUR.
Data accuracy
We crawl public sources and extract data automatically. Data can be incomplete or out of date. We do our best, but we don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or currency of any record. Use Veltima as one input into your decisions, not the only one.
Store owner removal requests
If you're a store owner and want your site removed from our index, email support@veltima.app. We handle removal requests within 7 business days.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service on self-serve plans. An explicit uptime SLA is available on the Enterprise plan.
Intellectual property
Veltima, the platform, the user interface, and everything we build are owned by us. Data about public stores remains about those stores — we license you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it internally within your team as described in your plan.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltima is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where Veltima is operated, except where mandatory local law in your jurisdiction applies (e.g., consumer protection laws in the EU).
