Veltima is operated by a Ukrainian sole proprietor (ФОП) registered in the Unified State Register of Ukraine and acting under the laws of Ukraine.
What we sell and how it is delivered
Veltima is a subscription to a software service — access to an online e-commerce store database and its search, export and API features. There is no physical product and no shipping is involved, so delivery destinations, couriers and shipping fees do not apply.
Access is granted immediately after a successful payment, automatically and without manual processing. The subscription then renews on the cycle chosen at checkout until it is cancelled.
Payment methods
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Card payments are processed by our acquirer, and card details are entered on the payment provider's page — Veltima never receives or stores full card numbers.
Prices are shown on the pricing page. Billing, cancellation and refund terms — including the 7-day money-back guarantee — are set out in the Terms of Service.
Complaints and disputes
Email [email protected] and describe the problem. We respond within one business day and aim to resolve billing disputes within seven. Governing law and dispute resolution are covered in the Terms of Service.
