What payment methods do you accept?
Pro monthly is available via Stripe (international cards) or WayForPay (existing card flow). Pro annual is billed by Stripe. Enterprise contracts are billed by Stripe invoice in USD or EUR.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 7-day money-back guarantee on Pro, no questions asked within the first 7 days of your first payment. Email support@veltima.app and we'll refund the charge. Enterprise refunds are governed by contract.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes. Pro annual is $390 / year — two months free compared with monthly ($468). Annual is processed by Stripe. Use the Monthly / Annual toggle above the cards to switch the price view.
What happens if I exceed my export quota?
Export is disabled until the next billing cycle reset. There are no surprise overage charges. Reach out to support for one-off overage allowances if you hit the limit once.
What exactly is in Enterprise that isn't in Pro?
REST API with dedicated quota, webhooks, native Zapier / Slack / CRM integrations, contracted seats, custom export volume, 99.5% uptime SLA, invoicing in USD or EUR, DPA on request, and dedicated support.
Where are your servers located?
Hetzner Helsinki for the web application and Hetzner Falkenstein for crawl workers. All data stays within the EU.
